Lempäälä Health Spa is a historic spa and rest home known for its Uoti-style hydrotherapy treatments, inspired by Central European natural healing traditions. Treatments include alternating baths, steam and sauna therapies, pour-over treatments, cold towel massages and relaxing wrap therapies.
