Finns enjoy their saunas, as do the people of Lempäälä. Sauna is a must at least once a week. There are excellent opportunities for visitors and holiday-makers to enjoy and relax in a sauna. You can choose between a lakeside sauna, cottage sauna, smoke sauna, raft sauna, ground sauna, team sauna, steam sauna and peat sauna. Wich one is your favourite?

Lempee Sauna & Stay

Lempee Sauna is a year-round sauna café located at the Mäyriä Recreation Area on the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi.

The sauna building features separate changing rooms, showers, and restrooms for men and women, as well as two mixed-gender saunas where swimwear is required. Between sauna sessions, you can relax in the warm outdoor hot tub on the terrace, refresh yourself in the cold plunge pool, or take a dip in Lake Pyhäjärvi—during winter, through an ice hole.

Complete your sauna experience in the cozy lounge, where you can enjoy treats from the café while relaxing by the indoor fireplace.

Lempoisten uimala - Lempoinen Beach sauna

The 2026 summer season at Lempoinen Beach begins on Monday, June 1, and ends on Sunday, August 2. Lifeguards are on duty throughout the summer season.

The public sauna is heated on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with sauna hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on both days. The first sauna day is Tuesday, June 2, and the last is Saturday, August 1.

Admission to the public sauna is €6 per visit. Payment is made at the summer café. Public sauna sessions are open to everyone.

During the summer season, the beach also has the Lempoinen Summer Café (kiosk).
